The Replenishment Analyst collaborates with both internal and external teams to ensure the right products are available in the customer's stores at the right time. The Replenishment Analyst provides inventory and order management support to help drive sales and maintain optimal stock levels for the customer. Among other things, this role creates and analyzes weekly reports regarding inventory trends to ensure customer orders are accurate to upcoming demand, and ship on time and in full. This position is the key interface between Kids2 and the customer operations teams. Key accountabilities * Triage, assess and classify queries in the Ethics team inbox, escalating as appropriate; * Respond to publication ethics queries as required (internal & external); * Working with the Team Lead, Ethics and Integrity Analyst, assess special issue proposals (and other similar proposals) according to established due diligence protocols and using bespoke tools, ensuring required sensitivity and data protection protocols are maintained; * Handle author name change queries and authorship change requests in accordance with T&F policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalating where appropriate; * Working with the Ethics and Integrity Senior Operations Manager, participate in research integrity tool testing and provide detailed feedback and recommendations; * Working closely with the Research Integrity Managers, ensure that all investigations are tracked centrally with a clear audit trail, to input into case reporting; * Working in accordance with the T&F policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure that cases are handled professionally, accurately and punctually; * Participate in largescale and complex investigations ensuring these are handled in a consistent and auditable manner; * Working closely with the Research Integrity Managers (RIMs), identify complex cases for escalation and prepare case summaries and supporting documentation as appropriate; * Using tools to detect research integrity and ethics issues (such as iThenticate or Proofig) interpret the results and prepare reports to verify concerns raised; * Where appropriate, draft author correspondence and post-publication notices; * Use knowledge gained from cases to input into discussions around ethics and integrity policies and workflows.

The SRM Analytics Analyst sits with the Procurement Business Analytics team but supports cross functionally within the larger Procurement function and other RaceTrac business units. The Analyst must be comfortable digging into large pools of data via PowerBI to identify organizational spending trends and be proficient in reviewing contractual agreements to identify areas of opportunity to enhance value. The Analyst must be able to clearly communicate their findings to both their department leadership and to the various business units within the organization. This role is a support function that is critical in planning key initiatives for three different teams within Procurement: (1) Contracts, (2) Strategic Sourcing, (3) and Business Analytics. The Analyst will conduct evaluations of spend trends and contractual terms to identify and recommend strategies for the three teams to execute upon. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for conducting cross functional enterprise wide supplier relationship management activities such as vendor segmentation, supplier mapping, and 3rd party risk evaluation. More tactically, the Analyst will be responsible for connecting contract spend values to the affiliated agreements within the corporate contract repository. This role will collaborate very closely with the Legal team as well, and the Analyst will need to be able to develop and maintain a relationship with cross functional teams. What You'll Do: * Investigate companywide spend via analytic tools such as PowerBI, to identify cost savings opportunities, supplier consolidation, and sourcing trends. * Review upcoming contract terminations and renewals to identify strategies for risk mitigation affiliated with unmanaged spend, poor contractual terms, or weak enterprise strategy. * Draft reports recommending negotiation strategies for intradepartmental review. * Collaborate with Procurement leadership to understand Stakeholder needs and how those impact identified opportunities * Segment suppliers by spend, stakeholder business owner, and overall potential impact to RaceTrac * Utilize intelligence tools to evaluate supplier risk and business continuity plans * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports affiliated with enterprise SRM activities such as supplier segmentation. The Experience Here at University Growth Fund, we give students an unparalleled learning experience. Students have opportunities close to that of a partner or director at a venture capital or buyout firm. Students meet directly with the entrepreneurs and other investors, asking the hard questions as they drill down to the company's investment attractiveness. The students drive the due diligence process forward and ultimately play a key role in determining whether or not UGF invests from it multi-million dollar fund. Asset Management * Work collaboratively with Asset Managers to optimize the performance and strategy for owned and third-party managed properties. * Model and underwrite value-enhancing opportunities within the existing portfolio. * Develop and update strategic business plans by performing market research and financial modeling in Excel. * Prepare and analyze data for quarterly earnings, board meetings, and budgeting. * Assist in the preparation of hold/sell analysis and subsequent disposition recommendation memoranda and presentation materials to investment committee. Qualifications * Currently a sophomore or junior at an accredited college or university. Finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or related majors preferred.
