Technology & Equipment Management Oversee the use of color match software and automated tinting systems to ensure optimal performance. Manage conversion of manual formulas into automated platforms and maintain formula databases. Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and in good working order. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support Partner with production, sales, quality, and customer service teams to resolve color-related issues quickly and effectively.
