Responsibilities: Supervise and Support Direct Care Staff: The Floating Supervisor ensures that direct support staff are providing adequate care and following established policies and procedures. Provide Direct Care: May assist with residents' daily activities, including personal care, medication management, and leisure activities. What You Need to Get the Job Done: Applicants must meet our state licensing requirement minimum age of 21 at the time of hire along with these basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Experience working with youth in a paid or volunteer setting Ability to be an outgoing team player who can work collaboratively and personably with other staff Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed Ability to climb stairs as needed
