Job DescriptionASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR The Assistant Program Director provides leadership to staff in collaboration with the Program Director. The Assistant Director will assist the director with staff supervision, training and hiring of staff. The APD is responsible for helping to ensure all program operations are conducted in an ethical and professional manner.

Leadership, Staff Management and Organizational Strategy
Supervise Residential Managers/ProgramManagers and Direct Support Professionals to include daily operations, supervision practices, implementation of consumer plans and documentation. Supervise Fiscal Admin, Medical Staff, and Program Specialist in the absence of the Program Director.
In collaboration with the Fiscal Administrator or Office Manager, provide oversight to the recruitment process to include scheduling candidates for and participating in interviews. Oversee the hiring, and orientation of new staff as necessary.
Support management team with documentation around supervision to include progressive discipline as warranted.
Quality Assurance
Reviews site documentation in preparation for audits both internal and external.
Finance, Development and other Operations
Supports the Unit Director in adhering to license, funder and budget requirements.
Provide support and intervention for individuals and staff during a crisis.
Create an environment that empowers individuals through the development of skills and coordination of resources and supportive services. Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field from an accredited institution, preferred.
3 years' work experience in mental health/lDD direct service and 2 years of supervisory experience.
OR
A High School diploma required with 7 years of experience in mental health/lDD direct service and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Working knowledge oj Microsoft Products and Applications.
Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The OST Provider Engagement Manager is responsible for managing and delivering training and technical assistance (T/TA) to support fiscal and administrative compliance and effective delivery of services. These T/TA initiatives are a component of a larger set of OCF-managed OST network and EDEY initiative supports and will need to align with those activities, which include programmatic supports and training, continuous quality improvement, and compliance management. This manager will have a particular focus on supporting the implementation of inclusive practices in the OST network that operate at EDEY schools. Under the direction of the Senior Performance Manager, the Provider Engagement Manager will coordinate their scope with the OST and EDEY network leaders within PHMC, OCF, and MOE. This position requires office and field-based activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
T/TA Design and Delivery
* Ensure that effective supports and relevant training content are delivered to OST programs related to contract compliance activities, DHS and other relevant licensing, delivery of inclusive programming, and business practices.
* Assist providers with the use of available data to inform program operations, including requests for budget modifications.
* Develop a system of tiered supports that includes a readily accessible repository of trainings and resources, group training events, and individualized technical assistance.
* Develop targeted resources as needed to support provider compliance with OCF OST tools, platforms, and protocols.
* Coordinate with the Contract Specialists in the delivery of invoicing and administrative T/TA.
* Liaise with PHMC and OCF embedded staff to support and coordinate overall T/TA activities for provider agencies.
T/TA Request and Referral

The Senior EDEY Manager oversees the EDEY program team as they work to expand and enhance the delivery of high-quality EDEY programming that increases academic engagement, provides enrichment, and prepares youth for higher education and employment. The Sr. EDEY Manager is responsible for ensuring the coordination and quality of EDEY Out of School Time (OST) programming by implementing a comprehensive approach that moves OST providers along a continuum of program and operational quality that is consistent with the City of Philadelphia's vision for the Extended Day/Extended Year initiative. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Leadership
* Oversee the systems, approach, preparation, and effectiveness of the EDEY Program Liaison teams.
* Develop guidance for team members, providers, and school-based partners regarding effective strategies and promising approaches in the successful implementation of EDEY programs in school sites, inclusive of morning care, general 5-day per week after-school care, and specialized programming.
* Interpret and assess implications of applicable local, state, and national research and best practices on the activities of City-funded OST system programming.
* Clearly define EDEY quality indicators and demonstrate progress toward established targets.
* Cultivate a provider-informed and iterative process of support delivery, data collection, data analysis, and process improvement.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of a community home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the principles and values of self-determination, in accordance with Community Services Group policies and applicable regulations. The Program Supervisor reports directly to the ProgramManager.
This position is part of our Adult Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Community Home Services.
About our IDD Community Home Services:
Our IDD Community Home Services are able to support people at many different levels, including complex medical needs. Those in this program make a home and root their lives in the community. On site staff provide support and supervision, individualized to the needs and abilities of each person. At every level of care, each person is able to grow their life and pursue their goals from the comfort and safety of their home in the community. Working with those we serve, their family members and other providers, our team helps each person to identify meaningful and life fulfilling goals and supports them in taking each step towards realizing and achieving them.
Schedules:
Full-Time (40 hours per week).

Wage Information:
Base rate $20/hr. $3/hr. shift differentials at some locations for all hours worked due to support needs. CSG is offering a $1,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position that will be paid after successful completion of the initial evaluation period.

Transports and/or coordinates transportation for individuals in personal or company vehicles for meetings, appointments or community activities.
Serves as an active member of the service team in the coordination of services and communicates relevant information to families and other professionals as necessary.
Oversees and maintains records pertaining to inventory, both for company owned property and possessions belonging to individuals.
Accounts for all individual funds and petty cash funds; maintains an adequate supply of funds for the individuals and the home.
Adheres to the program budget for food, household and operating supplies.
Knowledge of and ability to adhere to a professional code of ethics.
Performs job responsibilities of direct care staff.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience working in programs for persons with IDD.
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individuals to appointments.
Must be able to work flexible hours.

To manage and supervise the overall assigned services and programs in compliance with Agency standards and applicable guidelines, focusing on a mental health population experiencing crisis. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• May be required to attend training to become a certified agency investigator. May conduct investigations and participate in the agency's on-call investigator rotation. This requires carrying a cell phone and responding to investigation hotline calls during on-call coverage.
