Prior to launching the Indian Hill Group in 2016, Mike founded and built the highly successful company Nielsen Catalina Solutions (NCS). He served as CEO for seven years while leading it through its rapid growth, and ultimately selling majority control of the business to Nielsen in 2016. Before this, Mike served as President of Nielsen Consumer Services (Homescan, Spectra, Loyalty) and Nielsen BuzzMetrics.Before joining Nielsen, Mike was CEO of the venture-backed marketing intelligence firm Intelliseek. He ultimately sold this business to Nielsen in 2006. Prior to that, he co-founded the venture-backed firm PlanetFeedback in 1999, an online company that later merged with Intelliseek.Mike began his career at Procter & Gamble Co., where he held several executive and brand management positions. Mike earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and earned his undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
