Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Workers in Fillmore. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Will assist with replacing or fixing tires ( semi-tires ) on trucks, trailers, and/or Dollies.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds(50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.
Ability to work independently with general instructions.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
Ability to make independent judgments which have a moderate impact on the company.

Housekeepers are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the campground including the public space areas and all accommodations according to standards. All areas should be efficiently cleaned within the allotted times while providing great guest service.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Perform the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities as outlined by immediate supervisor or owner(s).
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals on appropriate items and only as trained. Do not mix chemicals together or use straight out of original bottle. Must use appropriate safety measures such as gloves.
Be aware of blood borne pathogen procedures and contact supervisor when needed.
Bring all lost and found items to main office with cabin number and date on them. If it is something valuable, it needs to be given directly to management to ensure it is locked up immediately.
Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Greet the guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly welcome.
Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles and proper KOA uniform and name tag.
Submit a list of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies and equipment, etc.) that need to be replenished on an as-needed basis to GM.
Report all broken or damaged items within all campground buildings, facilities and premises.
Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to GM and follow-up to resolve the issue if possible.

What Is the Opportunity?
Inland Marine provides protection for business properties that are mobile in nature or require unique valuation. Coverages extend to properties that are owned or in a business's care related to construction, transportation, fine art, and renewable energy. The Account Executive (AE), Inland Marine will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. As an AE, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. Your ability to assess risk and sell our products will contribute to the profitability and success of Travelers.

* Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
