Responsibilities ~Essential Job Functions
Security Operations Support
Act as a secondary resource for daily security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation.
Assist in configuring and managing tools related to endpoint protection, logging, email security, and access control.
Help execute security-related projects, such as patching programs, encryption rollouts, and policy enforcement.
Access Management & Zero Trust Initiatives
Help assess and improve identity and access management practices across systems.
Partner with IT teams to implement role-based access controls and Just-In-Time access principles.
Lead projects and process design supporting Zero Trust architecture, especially for remote access and SaaS tools.
Participate in account reviews and privilege audits to ensure appropriate access levels.
Cybersecurity Awareness & Culture
Develop and lead training and awareness campaigns to reduce employee-related cyber risk.
Manage phishing simulation programs and track effectiveness.
Deliver cybersecurity onboarding for new employees and ongoing training for all staff.
Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions related to phishing, passwords, or safe technology use.
Risk Management & Resilience
Own the development and maintenance of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
Facilitate tabletop exercises and capture lessons learned to enhance resilience.
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to identify and reduce operational risk.
Contribute to regulatory, insurance, and customer security documentation as needed.
Governance, Policy, and Metrics
Assist in drafting and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Track and report on training compliance, incidents, and risk KPIs.
Stay current on emerging cyber threats and security trends, providing proactive recommendations.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., MDR, IAM, phishing) and internal teams to support tool effectiveness and projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA's and certifications)
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years in IT or cybersecurity roles, ideally with experience in user support, IAM, or risk management
Excellent communication and teaching skills; comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and tools (e.g., MFA, identity providers, conditional access)
Working knowledge of phishing, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation techniques

Facilitate Client risk audits on Information security, vulnerabilities etc., by coordinating with all internal / client stakeholders.
Handling all Security Incidents, Audit Non-conformities, Process deviations, Complaints pertaining to Risk and ensure that the process owners are defining and implementing the relevant corrective / preventive actions and close the same.
Qualifications:
Basic:
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred
Facilitating Periodical Risk review meetings with leadership team.

Responsibilities
The Operational Risk Manager serves as a key member within the bank's Second Line of Defense, supporting the Operational Risk Director in the oversight and enhancement of the enterprise-wide operational risk framework. Qualifications

When servicing performance changes, portfolios still need clean reporting, reliable oversight, and a clear plan to ensure continuity. This role helps protect our clients and business by supporting backup servicing oversight, risk monitoring, servicer reporting certification, and billing/revenue tracking-while partnering closely with leaders to make data-backed decisions.
What you'll do (day-to-day impact)
You'll work across reporting, finance operations, and client oversight. Typical responsibilities include:
Client & risk oversight
Support risk reviews for prospective clients and help monitor existing clients over time
Maintain working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; escalate issues as needed
Participate in operational reviews and occasional onsite client visits
Reporting, reconciliations & certifications
Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations (“tie-outs”) of servicer reports and supporting data
Help produce servicer report certifications and summarize exceptions/trends
Build/refresh recurring management reporting on exposure, status, and deliverables
Billing, revenue & performance tracking
Track backup activity and prepare monthly billing aligned to agreements and portfolio activity

Spartronics is hiring a Program Management Intern, who will be onsite, to work under supervision in junction with the Program Management team related to business goals while pursuing degree.
What a Day Looks Like:
Learn our purchase order process, accepting and processing orders.
Learn about production dispatch schedules and how to resolve issues that arise.
Learn how to collect and bill various invoices in partnership with Finance.
Collect, compile and share customer satisfaction date.
Support all Programs reporting needs which includes preparing data and information to be used in Quarterly Business Review presentations, Tier 1 meetings, and customer calls. Reporting also includes monthly PM workbooks and any customer specific tracking.
Provide support to Customers and the Programs team during customer calls which will include maintaining action logs and capturing notes.
Become and remain knowledgeable to the business of the assigned Customer. This person should understand the Customer's business, what drives them and how they expect Spartronics to support their success.
Partner across several departments to ensure Programs initiatives are both progressing for the Customer while aligning with Spartronics' business strategy.

We have 120,000 sq feet of air conditioned manufacturing space and focus on Industrial and Medical Device customers at this location.
The facility operates 2 work shifts (day and evening) and we have around 220 employees at this location.
