Job Description:

Audit review of all components submitted as a complete contractual package.
Executing complete contractual packages
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs
A working knowledge of US Antitrust laws, HIPAA laws, Sarbanes Oxley rules, Internal Audit procedures, and regulatory controls
A working knowledge of both the pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes including, but not limited to, acceptance and performance, product installation, billing/revenue management, leasing and purchasing, and asset management and how each are related.
A general understanding of capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles
A general understanding of contract review, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, including, but not limited to, evaluating, and enforcing all necessary and required pre-execution requirements, and the ability to escalate when necessary.

The Contract Administrator II will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of contract processing, from development to execution including reviewing contract request paperwork including reviewing scopes of work, budgets, and selection criteria, ensuring compliance. The incumbent will conduct a comprehensive review and process of subrecipient and contractor agreements, amendments, vouchers, and budget modifications. Provides technical assistance on contract processing, allowable expenses, budget modifications and amendments, and required documentation.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

This case manager position is part of the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant (SPGP). The SPGP Case Manager is responsible for delivering supportive services to veterans who are at high risk of suicide and reducing the barriers to mental health and VA access among veterans at risk. This position will also provide case management and outreach services to assist veteran clients and their families enrolled in Veterans Inc Programs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Intake and assessment, problem identification, diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation, continuum of care, evaluation and follow-up.
Provides case management services to a caseload of veterans who are identified as high risk for suicide. This includes meeting with the veteran, developing individualized service plans, collaboration and coordination with programs within the VA, and connections to community based resources when appropriate.
Provides follow-up phone calls with Veterans who called the Veterans Crisis Line. The content of these calls can include clinical support, coordination with VA services, assistance enrolling in VA healthcare, providing community based resources, and support to family members of Veterans.
Provide suicide prevention consultation services and education on suicide prevention best practices to VA providers.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in case management, substance abuse prevention, outreach, and/or services to the homeless or veteran populations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veterans preferred but not required; sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.
Comfort talking about and addressing the topic of suicide on a day-to-day basis.
Knowledge and compassion regarding suicide prevention.

Suicide Prevention Grant Program- Case Manager

Veterans Inc. is the largest provider of supportive services to Veterans and their families in New England. We are seeking to fill the Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SPGP) Case Manager position and add valuable members to our team to accomplish our mission!
This case manager position is part of the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant (SPGP). The SPGP Case Manager is responsible for delivering supportive services to veterans who are at high risk of suicide and reducing the barriers to mental health and VA access among veterans at risk. This position will also provide case management and outreach services to assist veteran clients and their families enrolled in Veterans Inc Programs.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Intake and assessment, problem identification, diagnosis, treatment planning and implementation, continuum of care, evaluation and follow-up.
Provides case management services to a caseload of veterans who are identified as high risk for suicide. This includes meeting with the veteran, developing individualized service plans, collaboration and coordination with programs within the VA, and connections to community based resources when appropriate.
Provides follow-up phone calls with Veterans who called the Veterans Crisis Line. The content of these calls can include clinical support, coordination with VA services, assistance enrolling in VA healthcare, providing community based resources, and support to family members of Veterans.
Provide suicide prevention consultation services and education on suicide prevention best practices to VA providers.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in case management, substance abuse prevention, outreach, and/or services to the homeless or veteran populations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veterans preferred but not required; sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.
Comfort talking about and addressing the topic of suicide on a day-to-day basis.
Knowledge and compassion regarding suicide prevention.
Ability to communicate effectively with people from varied backgrounds, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI/Background records check.
Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.

, Veterans Inc., the largest provider of supportive services to Veterans and their families in New England, is seeking to fill the Suicide Prevention Grant Program Manager position and become a valued member of Veterans Inc. team!
The Suicide Prevention Grant Program Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the SSG Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program. They will be responsible for training and supervision of staff to ensure all program goals are being met.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY:
Over see all program operations which include updating all system metrics that have been provided through proper survey implementation
Ensure that all Veterans who are enrolled in the program receive proper referrals to clinical providers for assessment and treatment.
Administer and provide trainings such as ASIST and ACE-SI to help units with suicide prevention.
Implement, acquire, and establish a host of community resources to be used in referrals for Veterans in need of services.
Attend community partners meetings to develop stronger programs and community relations between providers and consumers
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelors degree in health education, public health, counseling, psychology, social work or related field. Masters Degree preferred. Documented management/leadership experience in veterans services, program management, social work, human services or homelessness prevention may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Minimum four (3) years of experience in counseling, outreach and case management, and/or services to the homeless, or a related field; or equivalent required.
Minimum five (3) years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veterans preferred but not required; sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.
Comfort talking about and addressing the topic of suicide on a day-to-day basis.
Experience in systems-level strategic planning for suicide prevention.
Knowledge and compassion regarding suicide prevention.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, including techniques for positive motivation, handling difficult people, and teamwork.
