Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including variance studies, trend evaluations, and scenario modeling, to guide business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that promote growth and profitability.
- Track financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective measures when necessary.
- Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis for special projects as they arise.
- Identify and execute strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning processes.

- Manage and protect sensitive company data, maintaining confidentiality in all financial matters.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering engagement, development, and retention of top talent. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a corporate FP& A environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and Excel.
- Experience with financial software such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial insights.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or in the finance field
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions
- Proven track record in managing and developing Annual Budgets
- Strong expertise in Auditing procedures and practices
- Proficient in Budget Processes and financial planning
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP HANA software
- Oversight of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and strategies
- Comprehensive understanding and application of US GAAP standards
- Experience with oversight of IT

As the successful candidate, you will be overseeing revenue recognition, billing, sales and tax calculations and filings. You'll work across departments to ensure all transactions comply with internal revenue policies and GAAP. In this leadership role, you will manage and develop the customer invoicing team, implement and monitor order-to-cash processes, drive improvements in revenue reporting, review client contracts for accuracy, and leverage NetSuite ERP for revenue management. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in managing high-volume accounts payable operations and full-cycle accounting processes. The position requires strong leadership skills and proficiency in financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage high-volume accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle 1099 reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage travel and expense (T& E) processes, maintaining effective controls and documentation.
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.

This role involves overseeing critical financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing a team responsible for various accounting functions. Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Oversee and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and other financial activities.
- Supervise accounting staff and operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and student accounts.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of annual financial audits, including support for student financial aid audits.
