**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead the design and development of cheminformatics tools, APIs, and software that enhance chemical data workflows and content pipelines.
+ Apply advanced computational chemistry techniques to model stereochemistry, coordination chemistry, and molecular interactions.
+ Architect reusable frameworks for chemical data processing, search, and visualization.
+ Collaborate with scientists, product owners, and developers to deliver high-impact solutions in Agile environments.
+ Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers.

**Qualifications**
+ PhD or Master's in Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, or related field (Bachelor's with exceptional experience considered).
+ 10+ years of experience in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, or scientific software development.
+ Strong programming skills in **Java, Python, and JavaScript** with experience in libraries such as **RDKit** or **Open Babel** .
+ Familiarity with **MEAN/MERN stacks** , **AWS** , **Docker** , **Git** , **Jenkins** , and automated testing frameworks.
+ In-depth understanding of stereochemistry, coordination chemistry, and molecular modeling.
+ Proven success leading cross-functional scientific and technical teams.
+ Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience applying **AI/ML** to chemical data analysis.
