Job DescriptionHigher Heights Family Services Inc., a licensed behavioral health agency located in Wilson, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) to provide clinical oversight, group facilitation, and substance use disorder treatment services for clients enrolled in the agencys Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) and Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) program. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of direct experience working in SAIOP and SACOT programs and demonstrate expertise in delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed care to adults and/or adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with SAIOP and SACOT service definitions and NC Medicaid Policy 8A.
Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA), substance use evaluations, and determine appropriate ASAM Level of Care.
Develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), treatment goals, and discharge plans for assigned clients.
Facilitate structured SAIOP and SACOT group sessions, focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, recovery planning, and community reintegration.
Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Qualified Professionals (QPs), Associate Professionals (APs), and Direct Care Staff as needed.
Ensure all service notes, progress reports, and clinical documentation meet Medicaid and DHHS standards.

Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and periodic audits to ensure compliance with 10A NCAC 27G and agency policy.

Qualifications
Must hold an active North Carolina LCAS license in good standing (issued by the NCSAPPB).
Minimum of three (3) years of direct clinical experience working in SAIOP and/or SACOT treatment settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid Class A North Carolina CDL and at least 3 years of commercial truck driving experience. Good driving record. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as required based on business need.
Must be available to drive long-distance (over-the-road) routes three to four days per week to Charleston, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina. Occasional local driving may be required throughout the week as needed. One night per week to Michigan.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

• Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination in order to de-escalate crisis and potential crisis situations in an effort to maintain lowest level of care that promotes safety.
• Provide coverage or back-up for Emergency Services during clinical hours and on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Maintain licensure as required by licensing board and attend educational trainings/seminars to remain up-to-date on current best practices.
• Maintain positive working relationships within the communities served, including with individuals, families, staff, monitoring and licensing agencies, organizations, funding resources, and other human service agencies.
• Be an active participant in the ongoing continuous quality improvement activities of the agency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical consultation as required or requested by other professionals within Monarch to provide ongoing professional development and to process difficult client situations that may arise.

· Strong understanding of adult learning and able to motivate young people.
· Have strong carpentry skills, time management and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Have strong working knowledge of carpentry principals to include scaffolding, framing, roofing, steps, interior/exterior systems, and drywall.
· Demonstrate a passion for teaching and passing on the carpentry trade to others.
· Full driving license and use of own vehicle.

• Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of vehicle (inclusive of water and waste) as per checklist and procedures. Other tasks include but not limited to stocking of care supplies on the Mobile Clinic at start of shift and transfer of unused supplies into main building at the end of shift.
• Ensure Mobile Clinic is secure at end of shift
