+ PARTS MANAGEMENT: Contribute to cost containment through effective inventory planning and warranty Execute parts inventory management processes to include conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, receiving, stocking, managing purchase orders and parts invoice and coordinating parts pick-up and delivery Make recommendations on min-max levels to the inventory planning team Manage parts obsolescence Ship warranty and return parts Organize and ensure cleanliness in the parts room.

Primary Duties:
* Responsible for loading and unloading freight on trucks and trailers
* Safely load and unload trailers and trucks by utilizing appropriate approved equipment
* Use handheld scanners to efficiently track freight throughout our network
* Accurately stage and audit next day routes
* Correctly label boxes and prepare freight for shipment as required
* Verify documentation and condition of freight to assure quality standards are met

As the Senior Sales Executive, your responsibility is to grow the Global Forwarding (International Air, Ocean & Rail) services by securing new profitable and sustainable customers for the office or territory. You will directly generate revenue and drive new business by managing face-to-face sales meetings, presenting recommendations for supply chain improvements, and closing the sales. The Logistics Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound/ outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to insure daily production needs are met, providing timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, and supporting all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned.
Essential Functions
Responsible for ensuring any and all necessary forms used for the day-to-day operations are filled out completely and accurately
Create/maintain daily dock schedules. Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
Interacts with customer and contractors - answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier.
Ability to make quick, reliable decisions that represent both the customer and Ryder
Performs basic administrative tasks
The Logistic Clerk may be required to support the client after hours, such as nights, weekends and/or holidays via cell phone rotation and remote equipment
Processes Small Package in Warehouse Management System
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.
