SITE SUPERVISOR (FRCASE) Bowhead seeks Site Supervisors to support our upcoming proposal effort for the Fleet Readiness Center Aviation (FRC) Aviation Support Equipment (ASE), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services contract. **Responsibilities**
+ Supervise and perform diagnosing, rebuilding, restoration, and repair of aviation support equipment per the maintenance support requirements.
+ Enters documentation of maintenance in NALCOMIS (VIDS/MAFs). Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Controller.
+ Supervises all Contractor SE maintenance actions. Perform CDI functions.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors Degree required. Shall have a minimum of five (5) years expereince in level II aviation support equipment repair and Aviation Quality Assurance Collateral Duty Inspector.
+ Must be SE Tire and Wheel certified.

Skills Desired of Team Member:
5+ years minimum experience in general carpentry
Experienced with drywalling, tiling, painting, flooring (various materials), and other general home improvements/remodeling.
Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021)
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site
Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
