In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad and close same-day sales
Overcome objections and handle rejection positively
Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
Occasionally generate own business leads (up to 1 hour/day)
Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
Provide excellent customer service before and after installation
