Candidates for the SAP Project Manager role will be expected to have the leadership and project management skills and experience required to lead end-to-end medium to large-scale SAP business transformation projects.
The role of the SAP Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Manage the scope/schedule and budget for the implementations.
+ Manage medium to large-scale projects and be responsible for leading and managing SAP-related project tasks in the development cycle, starting from analysis, functional design, Fit-gap analysis, and configuration and testing including supporting end-user testing, coordination of transports, movement to production.
+ Manage the business, consulting, and IT resources as they perform business process definition, prototyping, and system configuration; test and implement software changes for new business requirements in the HANA modules
+ Assist with the planning and management of testing the solution, defect management, training, and post-live support activities
+ Assist with the planning and management of data conversion, and business review and acceptance of converted data.
+ Manage Functional and Technical teams.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in the field of MIS, CIS, or equivalent AND +4 years of direct work experience in SAP or education/experience equivalent (Associate's with 8+ years of direct work experience in SAP or H/S with 12+ years of direct work experience in SAP).
+ Project Management experience for a minimum of four (4) full lifecycle SAP Business Transformation programs with full PnL responsibilities required
+ Certifications in Project Management desired (PMP)
+ SAP S/4 Hana implementation experience preferred.
+ Agile Project Management methodology experience preferred
