What You'll Bring
Previous/current Navy experience a must

Pay Range: $126,851.00 - $171,392.00 Annually

Position Summary:
PSG Cincinnati's Mechanical Engineer will be part of the Engineering Team based in Cincinnati responsible for the development of assigned Sustaining Engineering and New Product Development projects. This role maintains and delivers high quality, innovative, and market leading mechanical designs of chemical dispensers and similar products that are cost effective, easy to manufacture, and marketable. As part of a Project Team, the engineer will be expected to be a positive influence and occasionally take ownership for managing the project from idea through to production in a predictable manner, on time, on budget, and within scope constraints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated ability to plan and use technical tasks to solve engineering problems using strong analytical and experimental skills.
Proven ability designing products from idea to production for mechanical and electromechanical products including:
Design of static and dynamic-loaded injection-molded components using a variety of materials and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) techniques.
New designs based on Product Specifications.
Investigate opportunities and implement Productivity & Cost saving projects.
Create, modify and/or maintain complex design files (3D & 2D) using CAD to 3D model, analyze and document the product design preferably using Solidworks.
Create test plans and work in a lab environment to prove out concepts, prototypes and the Verification and Validation of the product design.
Work closely with other disciplines and team members.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and a focus on a robust, timely and cost-effective delivery.
Validate any solution using proven Engineering Techniques, eg. FEA, APQP, GD&T Tolerance Analysis.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information both orally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or similar with degree.
10+ years of experience in a role responsible for mechanical engineering design.
Knowledge of plastic materials, fluid mechanics, and other mechanical engineering concepts

Stantec is seeking a safety-focused leader with field experience (preferably in construction) to supervise construction quality assurance (CQA) at a mine reclamation project in western New Mexico beginning March 2026. This is a full-time onsite role with a minimum 2-year commitment, with potential to extend beyond. This position will be expected to identify problems, deficiencies, and design deviations, and develop potential courses of action to address these issues, while communicating and articulating them to the client, construction contractor, and Stantec leadership. Strong leadership of the Stantec CQA field team is essential to the success of this position and will involve delegation of tasks based upon the skills of team-members, clear communication, and attention to detail. POWER Engineers, Member of WSP, is currently seeking a High Voltage Substation Inspector. This position will be primarily responsible for performing substation inspections. This position may be up to 100% travel. POWER will provide mobilization to and from the project. Work will be conducted in the Amarillo, Texas area and surrounding states.

**Required Qualifications**
+ The successful candidate will have 5+ years of active field experience, computer skills (to properly fill out daily and weekly reports) and also be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel

+ Knowledge of transmission line work, foundations and stringing of conductors, and transmission substations and facilities, are all strongly preferred
+ This job may require you to work up to 12 hour days, 5 to 6 days a week if project requires

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and pursuits in the Sediments market and lead of dedicated team of professionals towards profitable growth within the remediation market and executing existing projects.
This individual will serve as the sediment practice lead for the Remediation group to provide leadership around sediment remediation projects and design expertise to guide a variety of projects through site investigation, remedy evaluation and selection, design, construction, and restoration. This role will also lead national business development campaigns to grow Burns & McDonnell's sediment portfolio and lead critical pursuit efforts.
+ Prepare and implement strategic plans to capture existing project leads, convert design projects to construction opportunities, and expand sales in the Sediment Remediation market.
+ Lead teams to develop and implement pre-design investigations, feasibility studies, treatability studies, conceptual site model development, remedial design and remedial action implementation.
+ Manage/direct staff in data collection, synthesis, analysis and interpretation using industry standard procedures.
+ Manage large/complex sediment investigation and remediation projects. When operating in this role, be responsible for the financial success of the project including preparation of cost proposals and qualification statements and achieving stated targets and standards for financial performance.
+ Provide leadership, instruction, and advanced technical guidance to less experienced project staff. Support client communications surrounding sediment remediation on key accounts.

Qualifications
