About the Role
Part time 20 Hours per week - Sunday 8am - 12pm, Monday 8am - 4pm, Tuesday 8am -4pm.(Days subject to change to meet business needs)
As a Front of House Team Member at Space Student Accommodation, you will be the first point of contact for all residents, contractors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for all residents, contractors, and visitors, delivering a high-calibre customer service experience that reflects our brand values.
Resident Support: Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, providing assistance with issues or requests, and ensuring they receive a seamless, positive experience.
Parcel Management: Oversee the receipt and logging of parcels, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating the efficient collection of parcels by the correct resident.
Visitor and Contractor Management: Ensure that all visitors and contractors sign in as part of a structured, secure access system, maintaining the safety and integrity of the property.
Emergency Response: Take immediate action in the event of an emergency, including fire alarm activations, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that residents are informed and guided accordingly.
Enquiry Management Support: Assist the Senior Sales Manager in handling and responding to incoming enquiries, providing necessary follow-ups to ensure the management of prospective resident interest is efficient and professional.
Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings for prospective residents, delivering a polished and informative presentation of the accommodation, its amenities, and the wider community offering.
Event Support: Collaborate in the planning and execution of resident experience events that contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere, fostering engagement and satisfaction among residents.
Arrears Management Support: Assist with arrears management by ensuring timely communication with residents regarding payment deadlines, providing follow-up as necessary to resolve outstanding issues.
Space Store: Assit with the replenishment stock orders and health and safety compliance of the Space store.
Property Maintenance and Hygiene: Support the team in maintaining the property's cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring that all communal and individual spaces are kept to a high standard of presentation.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within student accommodation, property management, or premium hospitality, where attention to detail and exceptional service were paramount.

What You'll Do:
Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
Log recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management system
Deliver packages to resident doors
Organize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packages
Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
Deliver certain packages directly to residents' doors
Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

Who You Are:

1-2 years of customer service experience required.

Comfortable using technology (you will be using a digital package management system and iPad)

Operation of heavy machinery.
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
Assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.

* Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
* Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.
* Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
* Changes all locks in accordance with the property's policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.
* Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
* Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others.
* Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.

The path to becoming a Financial Planner begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, during which you will study towards obtaining the required FINRA and resident state licenses, with the cost of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors covered by the Company. Upon successful completion of the Pre-Contract Affiliate phase, should you receive and accept an offer to commence part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, compensation is initially expected to be $15/hour (or your city/state's applicable minimum wage if higher than $15/hr). After successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase, you may receive an offer to become a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA), which is paid solely on a commission and bonus basis. FPAs regularly earn average compensation ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in their first full year. In addition, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible FPAs may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the FPA and the FPA's eligible dependents and may be eligible for paid leave.
