Seal-Tech Inc. was started in 1985.
The company’s interest in R&D and growth through strategic investment led to the acquisition of three sealing companies in 1998 — Sealol, Safematic and Flexibox.
HTMS was founded in 1999 as a privately-owned company by a group of sealing specialists with a combined experience of more than 100 years.
● 2004 .Successfully R&D welded bellows.
● 2008.Joined in Semiconductor Industrial Association of China(SEMI)
The purchase of the Netherlands-based Indufil BV in 2008 added filtration systems to the company’s comprehensive portfolio.
●2012.Began producton of welded bellows used for OLED manufacturing equipment.
● 2014.Began production of the new generation of formed bellows.
● 2016.Renamed Seal tech welded bellows(Liaoning)Co.,Ltd.
2017 — On March 9, 2017, John Crane celebrated its 100-year anniversary.
2018 — John Crane acquires Seebach GmbH to complement existing filtration business, enhancing technology leadership in energy applications, and grow into other mission-critical process industries.
In 2020, the business was acquired by Omniseal Solutions™; they still continue to honor their history and push their technology advantages in the modern day.
