The Courtesy Officer is provided a rent-free apartment in exchange for their services. Your Responsibilities Perform nightly patrols of the community looking for vandalism, suspicious behavior/activity, breakdowns in physical security regarding access to the community, light bulbs that are not working properly, cars that violate community policies and the like. Maintain a nightly log of patrols and reports. Provide documentation on specific issues to the General Manager on a bi -weekly basis, ensuring all pertinent information is gathered and mentioned.
