Position Overview: As a Resident Re-Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and our residents as they transition back into society. This is a key position in ensuring that residents are held accountable while being treated with dignity and respect. Please note that some job duties are gender-specific (e.g., conducting same-gender pat-down searches and observed urinalysis) due to the co-ed nature of our facility. Key Responsibilities: Monitor resident behavior and activities to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations. Respond to emergencies swiftly and appropriately. Conduct observed urine collection and breathalyzer testing for residents and other contract clients. Control and dispense resident medications and manage self-carry medications and supplements. Track resident accountability while they are on approved absences from the facility (e.g., work, social passes). Monitor electronic monitoring (GPS) reports for residents in the community and on home confinement. Control all entry and exit into the facility to ensure security. Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation of all facility activities. Serve as the first point of contact for law enforcement, U.S. Marshals, U.S. Probation Officers, Bureau of Prisons personnel, and other related agencies. All days and shifts are available..
