Job Overview
The Manager, Asset Protection oversees one of the highest shortage locations, with an elevated scope of responsibility that may include executive direct reports and increased staff levels, higher Sales Volume, or significant Shortage risk. They serve as the subject matter expert on Asset Protection and Shortage Reduction Strategies within their location, the experience they bring in asset protection and shortage reduction is essential in supporting the overall company goal for topline results.
What You Will Do
Shortage
Lead the store executive team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing the store's shortage prevention and awareness programs
Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support towards achieving shortage goals
Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries
Analyze theft trends through the utilization of available AP Reports, Systems, and Technology
Establish a high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness determined by audit results
Ensure that all AP policies and procedures are thoroughly understood by the AP team and executed effectively
Manage and monitor payroll expenses
Support the preparation, take, and reconciliation of the annual inventory process
Focus on significant shortage opportunities and develop action plans with a higher level of impact to improve location and district results
Assume an elevated leadership role within the division to include special projects beyond the normal scope of responsibility

Salary range for the position $95,000 to $135,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. 9. Search the inside of the vehicles for weapons, explosives and other deadly or dangerous items just prior to loading catering carts.
10. Escort all catering carts from the time the monitoring/inspection is completed until the carts are loaded onto the transport vehicle.
11. After concluding the search and loading, close and seal all carts with tamper evident security seals.
12. The air carrier or representative meeting the carts at the aircraft will inspect the seal for signs of tampering prior to breaking it.
13. In the event a seal shows signs of tampering or are discovered broken, the suspect cart must be searched for weapons, explosives, and other dangerous devices prior to loading on aircraft.
14. All seals must be stored in a locked container and protected from unauthorized access.
15. Notify or ensure immediate Law Enforcement Officer and/or Airline Ground Security Coordinator notification when necessary.
16. Ensure safe handling of dangerous or deadly weapons/objects discovered until arrival of the Law Enforcement Officer.
17. Contact Law Enforcement Officer if items of contraband (illegal items) are discovered during the screening process. Maintain control of items until arrival of the L.E.O.
18. Report all Government tests, real weapons, injuries and other major incidents to supervisor immediately.
19. Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain cleanliness of immediate work area and report maintenance needs.
20. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff and public in a courteous manner.
21. Attend meetings and in-services as required.
22. Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files as required.
23. Must be in proper uniform or business attire as directed by company officials.
24. Identification badges must always be visible.
25. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives.

Job Summary
The Professional Standards Lieutenant performs a variety of administrative and professional duties serving as the institution's professional standards and accreditation manager.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the Public Safety Department's implementation, maintenance and adherence to state and/or national accreditation. The position ensures compliance with the institution and the university system's policies and directives.
The incumbent in the position oversees the department s response to complaints alleging employee misconduct and personally conducts, or supervises others in conducting, investigations as directed by the Chief of Police. The position also has responsibility for overseeing the investigation of external concerns regarding the operation of the department and for ensuring the integrity of the department is maintained through adherence to internal processes which are established to provide objectivity, fairness, and justice through impartial investigations.
This position is designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA) and is responsible for reporting crimes and other incidents to the Clery Act Compliance Officer for inclusion in the Annual Campus Security Report in accordance with the Federal Clery Act and GGC policy .

Summary
The Security Operations Specialist will focus its day-to-day activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customers, business partners, employees and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies. What you'll do:
At the direction of Senior Management, develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by the organization.
Act as an advisor and consultant to all employees on the established enterprise's information security program, regulations impacting our industry and security awareness programs.
Understand potential and emerging information security threats, vulnerabilities, and control techniques and communicate this information to appropriate team members throughout the company on a timely basis.
Provide security component design, testing and deployment for: disaster recovery solutions, daily operation processes and supporting network infrastructures.
Deploy, integrate and configure of all new security solutions and or any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the company's security documents specifically.
Execute of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.
Engage in ongoing communications with peers in the Systems and Networking groups as well as the various business groups to ensure the companywide understanding of security goals, to solicit feedback and to foster cooperation.
Continually investigate and introduce security processes improvement measures, metrics and present suggestions.
Document all procedures within the security department.
Provide weekly status reports to senior management within Information Security.
Open and read emails on a daily basis.
Conform with and abide by all federal, state, local regulations, Candescent's Corporate Policies and Procedures, and instructions.
Participate in any/all training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements specified in your department goals.
Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e. OSHA).
Adhere to privacy; confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA and PCI).
About you:
Bachelor's degree in field of computer science, business information systems, or information security with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Certification in Enterprise Information Security preferred such as CISSP or GIAC-GSE.
Working technical knowledge of firewalls, application layer firewalls, database firewalls, routers switches, IDS/IPS, log and event monitoring TCP/IP and other protocols.
Strong understanding of proxies, content filtering, AV solutions, vulnerability management, and patching.
Hands on experience with Security Information Event Management Systems (SIEM), Database Activity Monitoring Systems (DAM), Data Leakage Prevention Systems (DLP), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), encryption appliances and applications.
Excellent professional oral, written communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of competency in the field of information security.
