JOB PURPOSE e2Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is a key contributor to financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and strategic decision support. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, develop and maintain financial models, and provide clear, decision ready insights to senior leadership through analysis of historical performance and future trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. This role will also support customer facing financial analysis by developing project specific financial models that help customers evaluate solutions, investment returns, and project feasibility. This position is based on site at the Bonita Springs, FL headquarters. Your main objective is to leverage advanced analytics and data mining techniques to deeply understand our product performance and generate insights to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by enabling proactive data-driven decisions across the organization. What We're Looking For: edit as applicable * Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a data analyst role. * Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Cloud Services, preferably Databricks. * Travel required up to 25% * Working capabilities in scripting languages such as Python. * Strong experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau. * Strong capabilities in SQL and experience working with structured and semi-structured data. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with Agile/Scrum experience. * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proven record for identifying and diagnosing problems, and solving complex problems with simple, logical solutions. * Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information and concepts to multiple organization levels. * A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering.
