Proficiency with AutoCAD. Working knowledge of ergonomics, station design, lean manufacturing, and tooling integration. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and standardized work practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional engineering teams. Ability to manage multiple design projects in a dynamic launch environment. Experience supporting vehicle assembly line design or new model launch. Experience with PFMEA, DFMEA, and GD&T. Understanding of automation, robotics, material handling systems in modern assembly operations. Familiarity with time study and line balancing methods (MTM, MOST, or MODAPTS).
