Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects. Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and technologies Excellent communication and people skills Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility, and an understanding of market forces pertaining to fees, scope and schedule requirements.
