JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the successful execution of the company's business strategy through development, deployment, and performance of all engineering & automation related strategies. Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $
200,000 - $230,000
(Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $113,000 to $149,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
