Job Description
Oversee daily activities of construction engineering inspectors across multiple roadway and bridge projects
Manage project schedules, assignments, and staff workloads to ensure quality and timely completion
Review and approve inspection reports, testing data, and field documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project engineers
Ensure compliance with NCDOT standards, project specifications, and safety requirements
Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for inspectors and junior staff

Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager, Engineering & Construction oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale fiber network deployment projects, with a focus on Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and private housing developments. This role manages end-to-end project delivery - including scheduling, vendor management, and performance tracking - to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of complex fiber builds. More About the Role:
This Floodplain Project Manager/Supervisor position will report to the Storm Water Services Permitting and Compliance Program Manager and will be responsible for managing the floodplain permitting and inspection services to all the jurisdictions within Mecklenburg County. The position works with Town staff, City Staff, property owners, engineers and surveyors in providing floodplain permitting and inspection services. Position Summary
Plans, coordinates, budgets, and supervises various design and construction projects from development
to completion. This position, under minimal supervision, is responsible for selection, negotiation and

The Senior Program Manager, Engineering & Construction oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale fiber network deployment projects, with a focus on Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and private housing developments. This role manages end-to-end project delivery - including scheduling, vendor management, and performance tracking - to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of complex fiber builds. Key Responsibilities
• Lead program management for the development and monitoring of engineering and construction build plans.
• Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle across all vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
