Job Description: Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end engineering projects for aseptic filling systems, isolators, lyophilizers, and component preparation equipment including concept design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Design & Specifications: Define technical requirements for filling lines, filling assemblies, isolators, lyophilizers, component preparation equipment, product and diluent vessels and associated SCADA components. Provides technical and leadership support for resolving production process issues ensuring effective documentation, root cause analysis, and cross-functional corrective actions. Drives continuous improvement plans for workflows that simplify, standardize, and improve detection of errors in manufacturing documents and CAM files. Owns the development and execution of the technology roadmap to emphasize capability expansion. Manages production flow interruptions with a focus on first-time builds and expedited orders, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution. Leads investigation and evaluations of customer complaints and returned goods, driving quality improvements and customer satisfaction. Owns short-term tactical execution and contributes to long-range strategic planning for engineering and CAM teams, including ownership of the technical development pipeline.
