Efficiently produce scalable AI-generated video content using tools like Synthesia. Proactively manage and update existing digital learning assets to ensure content is accurate and current, maintaining version control across platforms. Design and facilitate upskilling workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for the L&D team on new tools, design standards, and emerging best practices. Lead virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions ((V) ILT) for audiences up to 25; create an engaging environment and promote peer-to-peer interaction. Learning Consultancy & Delivery Conduct needs analysis and define strategy with stakeholders to identify learning needs, scope, and business gaps. Define audience and outcomes; establish clear, measurable success metrics and expected post-training behavior changes in partnership with L&D Program Managers and Partners.
