Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer with a passion for creating scalable, elegant, and functional design solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web design and UX/UI, understands how to build and evolve scalable design systems, and takes ownership of creating clean, user-friendly, and visually consistent solutions.

Team composition:
Team of 6 including the Art Director, Design Team Lead, 1 Senior Designer, 2 Designers, and 1 Web Designer.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute web-design and and scalable design systems, ensuring visual consistency and usability;
* Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver user-centered, functional, and visually compelling web experiences;
* Contribute to presentation and communication design projects by transforming complex ideas into clear, visual narratives.
* Provide guidance and review the development of banners, advertising creatives, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in graphic and web design;
* Proven track record of leading projects from brief to delivery;
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects);
* Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.);
* Proven experience in creating and improving scalable design systems;
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and visual communications;
* Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
* Experience with Jira;
* Organized, proactive, and reliable with a focus on quality and accountability;
* Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
