Role Responsibilities:
The Field Service Manager supports the Water Treatment business by leading field-based operations that deliver end-to-end produced water treatment and desalination solutions. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of water treatment activities while supporting technologies that convert produced water into a reusable resource. By overseeing field teams, coordinating maintenance and operations, and partnering with engineering and customers, the Field Service Manager helps enable energy-efficient desalination and the beneficial reuse of water across industrial and low-carbon applications.
▶ Ensures that all daily operations are conducted in a safe & efficient manner and in accordance with HSEQ Policies & Procedures
▶ Responsible for supervising and overseeing various jobs and Operators
▶ Attends, assists and leads safety meetings and safety training sessions at the facility and/or job site

Summary:

About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads overall project strategy, financial performance, and client relationships on one of the most significant hyperscale data center programs in the region. This role oversees multiple Project Managers and drives execution across a multi-year AI infrastructure build.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead overall project execution and financial performance
* Manage and mentor Project Managers and Engineers
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
* Serve as primary interface with owners and executive stakeholders
* Drive risk mitigation and schedule certainty
* Support long-term program planning across phases
Qualifications
* 12+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
* Prior hyperscale data center leadership strongly preferred
* Strong executive-level communication and leadership skills
* Proven success managing multi-year programs
* Willingness to support long-term deployment in West Texas
