What You'll Do Run decisive 15 to 30-minute Zoom screens-advance only “hell yes” candidates; reject the rest. Hit 10 - 20 personalized outbound touches per open role per day via LinkedIn, email, and niche communities (≈40 - 50/day when 3 - 5 roles active) using a mix of tools. First - screen every inbound applicant within 48 hours. Get to first-meeting with outbound sourced candidates within the first 5 days of initial outreach. Maintain and iterate a values - based rubric; design AI - powered work - sample prompts. Log all activity in Gusto ATS; deliver daily funnel snapshots (first 30 days) then weekly dashboards. Propose or pilot AI recruiting tools as needed - spend requires ROI - justified approval. Partner with hiring managers for calibration; escalate only edge cases. Keep non-exec roles closed ≤ 45 days; senior/exec ≤ 60 days. Primary KPIs Hit - Rate: ≥ 75 % by month 3; ≥ 90 % by month 12. Outbound Cadence: 10 - 20 touches per role per day.
