About the role:
We're looking for a reliable Assistant Cook to support our LR kitchen with daily prep, light line cooking, and event service. You'll help keep the kitchen organized, fast, and clean so our guests get great food, on time.
What you'll do:
Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and pastries to spec (pars/labels).
Follow food safety & sanitation (FIFO, temps, clean-as-you-go).
Set up/break down stations; maintain a clean workspace.
Receive/organize deliveries; track low stock and report needs.
Support pop-ups/catering/events as needed.
What we're looking for
6+ months kitchen experience (prep or line) preferred.
Team player, calm under pressure, great communication.
Valid food handler certificate (or willing to obtain).
