Assist manager with receiving, verifying, and entering inventory orders into the system.
Document receipts and submit necessary paperwork to accounting.
Maintain asset security and accurate tracking of all material movements, including issues, returns, and adjustments.
Handle pricing, labeling, counting, and organization of inventory parts.
Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials across multiple locations.
Load/unload deliveries using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
Inspect, scan, and sort incoming packages; coordinate delivery and obtain signatures as needed.
Support Mountain Courier duties, including interoffice deliveries and mail sorting.
Provide parts counter service, manage work orders, and perform inventory cycle counts.
Generate replenishment orders and maintain a clean, well-organized storeroom.
Follow all company, state, OSHA, and safety regulations; attend required trainings.
Use PPE appropriately and inspect safety equipment regularly.
Deliver friendly, efficient service to guests and staff while maintaining clear, safe work areas.

The Position
The Sutton Commons is Roanoke College's all-you-care-to-eat dining commons, located in the Colket Community Center. “The Commons” serves students, faculty, staff, and other campus guests. Responsible for assisting with any To Go items including ordering, packaging, and cash handling.
Liable and responsible for sales recorded on the register under your host number (i.e., all cash and credit transactions, claiming 100% of tips, maintaining and balancing their drawer and coupon redemption, etc.).
Adhere to all current company policies and procedures (i.e., security/emergency procedures, Social Media Policy, etc.).
Communicate openly and honestly with all team members and management during periodic team member meetings, pre-meal, pep talks, and reviews.
Must know and adhere to all regulations regarding Responsible Service of Alcohol in accordance with our policies and State laws.
Knowledge of company and in-store promotions, new product rollouts, and point of sale materials; all menu items and LTO food upgrade items, additions and/or changes.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills & SpecificationsExperience/Training:
Must complete the Host training phases for the Host position (including, but not limited to Responsible Service of Alcohol, GHS course and quiz, Allergy e-Class, watch Best in Class Service DVD, FOH Menu test, Host test, working with a Certified Trainer and complete the Independent Study Assignments of the training).
Must possess all necessary technical skills required to effectively work in the FOH position.

Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests for all events.

Job Description
This position ensures that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the hotel are served on time and that all of Omni's professional standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Managers.
Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
Report to the Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment.
Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor liability laws.
Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings.
Must follow all details as described on Banquet Event Orders (BEO's).
Must be able to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and have excellent customer service experience.
Qualifications
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of a full-shift.
Must be TIPS Certified.
Previous serving experience in a four-star/four-diamond hotel or resort.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
