Busser/Food Runner Introduction: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser/Food Runner to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Busser/Food Runner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The Busser/Food Runner is also responsible for delivering food to guests in the dining room and at the bar. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities Clean kitchen equipment as needed Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping floors Assist servers with bringing out food orders from the kitchen Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience as a busser or food runner or in a similar role is preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 30 pounds) Ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to go up and down stairs Perks: Competitive Pay with Tips Opportunities for advancement within the company Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment
