You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of food and beverages tableside that consistently exceeds our guest's expectations. Coordination of tableside service requires strong communication and teamwork with other Buddy's team members. Responsibilities of the Banquet Server at Travis Pointe Country Club include: Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area Read and execute specifications listed on all Banquet Event Orders Circle around the event with trays of appetizers and beverages Serve and refill alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards Advises supervisor of any service complaints Qualifications Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state) Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
