Basic Function: Responsible for all beverage service for the Club. Must be knowledgeable about wine and spirits and be able to offer suggestions to members. Must be able to serve tables if needed. Primary Responsibilities: Must have complete product knowledge and be prepared to offer suggestions to enhance guest's experience. Perform assigned side work. Stock bar with liquor, beer, wine, champagne, mixers, ice, fruits and vegetables. Set up bar with proper glassware and needed tools. Maintain bar inventory throughout shift. Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Perform all clean up and closing duties as assigned by manager. Attend pre-meal meetings as requested by dining room supervisor.
