Job Details Florence, OR Full TimeDescription Starting Wage: $15.05 hour plus tips The Beverage Server is responsible for providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and food services and sales to guests on the Casino floor in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests on the Casino floor, obtaining and accurately entering drink and food orders into a POS system. Monitors guests needs on a continual basis, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders being served. Remains knowledgeable on all menu items, with emphasis on mix drinks and beer, offering suggestions and support to guests as needed. Safeguards TRCR assets and balances banks accordingly. Reports to management all guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions in a continuous effort to provide superior guest service. Completes all required side duties as assigned, ensuring stations are stocked for following shift. Complies with all gaming regulations regarding alcohol sales. Provides exceptional guest service by having an exceptional attitude when dealing with guests and fellow Team Members. May be asked to provide room service for hotel guests.
