The Barista:
Helps to maintain positive staff morale
Ensures excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
Participates in store development
Stays knowledgeable about products
On Bar Duties
Standard bar operation during 3-4 shifts each week.
Perform close/open procedures.
Consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages
Provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment
Maintain a well organized and clean cafe
