My manager was never on the property and when she was, her door was closed. I had to communicate with her via email when she was in her office next to mine. She was Extremely unapproachable.

This tribe is very generous and I was honored to work for them. They paid for all of our clothes and we were recognized by the upper management frequently.

They want to retain employees so they treat them well (except for the woman who was my manager.

Get rid of the management who doesn't want to have anything to do with her subordinates.

I no longer work for them because my manager fired me. The first time in my life that I have been fired. The manager didn't even bother to get to know me. Am I disgruntled? Absolutely.
