Job Summary:
This position assists incoming callers with requests and provides great customer service. An upbeat, patient-centered attitude is a must! Our employees must, at all times, safeguard and protect patients' right to privacy. We are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to our patients' medical information and that all releases of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, company policy and HIPAA regulations. Applicants should have familiarity with medical terminology and medical office processes and procedures.

Essential Functions:
Assists incoming callers with the process of submitting a request for medical records
Provide status updates regarding requests
Route calls internally to different hospital departments as needed
Responsible for Opening and Scanning Incoming Mail
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1 year prior experience in a medical records department or like setting preferred
Minimum of 6 months prior inbound call center experience required
Strong technical/computer skills
General working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Great communication skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to type 50 wpm
Must be able to use fax, copier, scanning machine
Must be willing to learn new equipment and processes quickly
Must be self-motivated, a team player and have proven customer satisfaction skills

The Role
We are looking for an experienced consultant with deep expertise in navigating customers through complex software implementation. What You'll Do
* Lead life science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva's Regulatory suite (Veeva Registrations, Veeva Submissions, Veeva Submissions Archive, Veeva Publishing) to streamline global regulatory processes
* Manage software implementation projects and customers through the full implementation lifecycle, including project planning, requirements gathering, migration, configuration, validation, and go-live activities
* Conduct configuration requirements workshops then design, prototype, configure and thoroughly document content solutions. Think critically about business requirements to ensure the solution reflects business requirements and focuses on Veeva best practices, customer success, and long-term adoption

The Role

The Role

The Role

The Role
As a Sales Analytics Engineer you will partner with sales and sales operations teams to bring analytics to the Veeva sales organization. You will work to produce relevant and proactive insights for the sales team, productize ad-hoc projects and increase the overall organization's speed to insight.

This position leads innovative strategies and improvements related to content and claims management including creation, review, approval, planning, and distribution. The role will help identify the root cause of business issues, define critical success factors, and develop structured, high-impact solutions, ultimately building critical customer relationships. This position will also play a critical role in leading the introduction of Veeva's AI custom and standard agents in partnership with our customers.

Prepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their content operating model and business processes, focusing on efficiency and productivity gains
Transform MLR efforts including operating model, tier-based review, and optimization of Veeva product capabilities
Build an operating model for global-to-local content reuse
Establish metadata governance and content standards
Set the strategic direction and define key performance indicators for increased efficiency throughout the claims and content end-to-end process
Develop and deliver comprehensive change management programs in support of the rollout of PromoMats functionality and AI strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or marketing agency
Background and industry experience within the commercialized product or brand domain landscape preferred
Strong track record of experience delivering client advisory engagements
Core management consulting skills, including: workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, change management and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with agentic AI applications and business use cases
Ability to travel roughly 25% but this can vary depending on engagement
Experience working with a content management system; preferably, Veeva Vault PromoMats
Bachelor's degree is required

The Role
Join Veeva's Global Medical Business Consulting Team and become the strategic owner of customer success for our Medical Content and Medical Information projects. In this role, you will own project oversight and day-to-day operational excellence of our engagements. You will manage key relationships with customers, inform offerings and services and drive business growth.
As an Engagement Manager, you will work cross-functionally with sales, product, strategy, marketing and the greater Business Consulting team to ensure a cohesive approach. In addition to content operations, you will also leverage your expertise to support broader Medical Affairs initiatives, partnering with key offerings like Link and CRM.

What You'll Do
* Lead 1-2 large/complex customer engagements overseeing approximately $1M of revenue annually; maintain key customer relationships at a senior level within the organization
* Oversee a team of consultants to deliver projects with excellence; ensuring profitability, quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
* Identify and establish/build new offerings that further optimize the medical content operations for our customers
* Support customers with defining value story and case for change to implement new Vault Medical tools including value realization and KPIs/metrics
* Collaborate with product and strategy on new applications within Vault Medical, as well as ongoing roadmap innovation
* Work closely with internal teams across product, strategy and sales to lead and support business development efforts with new and existing customers
* Responsible for building own pipeline of business; lead on business development opportunities including proposal development, financials and client engagement to secure the opportunity
* Partner across Business Consulting and other business areas for broader medical affairs opportunities (KOL strategy, field enablement, insights strategy etc.)
* Engage in broader Content Business Consulting team initiatives and workstreams
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is required
* 8+ years of experience within a management consulting company or as a senior lead (Group Account Director and above) at a medical communications agency or 5+ years of experience at a Life Sciences company within their Medical Organization
* Minimum of 5 years' experience with medical content processes and owning/executing deliverables as part of either medical affairs or medical information teams (industry or vendor partner)
* Strong track record of experience leading and overseeing the delivery of client advisory engagements
* Core management consulting skills, including preparation and facilitation of workshops, development of client presentations, project management (timeline development, budget and staffing management, task planning etc.), team oversight, change management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problems
* Additional skills to coach and mentor junior team members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to travel roughly 20-40% but this can vary depending on the engagement
* Experience working with a content management system; preferably, Veeva Vault
