What You'll Be Doing: Processes inbound deliveries of chemicals and raw materials. Schedules dock appointments for incoming deliveries. Unloads the raw materials and stages for sampling. Performs put-aways of raw materials in the appropriate inventory location. Reviews documentation and receives raw materials and chemicals into SAP. Completes and retains all receiving documentation and records based on applicable SOPs and WIs. Coordinates with the appropriate departments to process receipts in SAP and resolve any issues related to deliveries. Processes SAP transactions related to receiving raw materials. Cleans in-place (CIP), cleans out-of-place (COP) and sanitizes any associated piping, fittings, pumps and other related equipment used in process of unloading bulk tankers. Operates powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs. Supports production by picking/staging materials for use in Pre-weigh and Compounding. Maintains raw material and chemical inventory in SAP. Investigates inventory related issues and transaction errors in SAP. Performs all work in compliance with the company's quality system, FDA good manufacturing practices, OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations. What You Need: High school diploma/GED Two (2) years of experience operating powered industrial truck equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Two (2) years of experience in shipping and/or receiving materials in a warehouse environment, preferred. Previous experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials, preferred SAP experience, desired.
