In this role, you'll lead a small team of pipefitters and welders to install custom industrial refrigeration systems, including piping assemblies, compressors, and mechanical skids. You'll be hands-on in pipe layout, fitting, and installation, while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and technical standards. Key Responsibilities:

Travel locally as required to job sites across the Greater Philadelphia area, Western PA, South Jersey, and Delaware, with rare overnight stays for larger projects.
Participate in safety meetings, company training programs, and ongoing development initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on pipefitting experience in industrial or commercial settings.
Industrial refrigeration experience is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and CAD mechanical layouts.
Hands-on experience with pipe layout, fitting, cutting, and welding; comfortable using standard hand and power tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a small crew.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills for coordinating with office personnel, engineers, and project managers.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Reliable and able to travel locally for projects (Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware, Western PA).

Position Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Wyomissing Hills YMCA is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Before and After School Program. Reporting to the Childcare Center Director, the SiteSupervisor will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging programs for children in our community. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 4-8 program staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Maintain accurate participant and staff documentation.
Coordinate program hours, staffing schedules, and daily operations.
Promote the program within the community to increase participation.
Assist in the development of additional middle school programs, special events, and fundraising initiatives.
Stay informed on current and emerging trends in middle school programming.
Represent the YMCA and its mission, ensuring alignment with organizational values and programs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related human services field.
Bachelor's degree with 30 credit hours in the above fields plus 1 year of experience working with children.
Associate degree in the above fields plus 2 years of experience working with children.
Associate degree with 30 credit hours in the above fields plus 3 years of experience working with children.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of criminal history and child abuse background checks.
Urine drug screening.
Strong administrative, supervisory, and organizational skills.
Marketing, communication, and social skills for community engagement.
Completion of three hours of risk management training.
Current American Red Cross CPR & First Aid certifications.
Experience in recruiting, directing, and managing staff and volunteers.
Ability to oversee facilities, equipment, programs, and schedules effectively.
Understanding of YMCA's local, national, and global mission.

The School's Out SiteSupervisor position is responsible for the planning, implementing and leading programs and experiences for children in small group settings. This position also is responsible for the general safety, development, growth and skill achievement of the children in his/her group.

Responsibilities
Provide supervision and safety of all children, assistant SiteSupervisor, Child Care Counselors and Volunteers in all program activities.

Maintain accurate program records which includes but is not limited to: Report snack needs to the kitchen staff each Friday / picking up snacks every Monday; obtain rosters / mail from YMCA's main office twice a week; daily attendance, rosters, time sheets, incident reports, etc.
Respond immediately to all discipline concerns, working towards a positive resolution and ensure adequate supplies and resources are available for all children.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and in-service training per State requirements.
Qualifications
Must have customer service experience
Must be 21 years of age older
Must have knowledge in the supervision and safety of children
Must possess leadership skills that can assist in encouraging and motivating children
Must be able to identify age and grade level characteristics of children
Possess strong oral and written communication skills
First Aid and CPR training will be required and if necessary, training will be provided
Must have an understanding of the relationship of the general public to the association
