This full-time role involves overseeing commercial drywall and framing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery - an excellent opportunity for a seasoned supervisor to join a stable, low-turnover team with strong employee loyalty. What You'll Do as the Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent: Supervise and coordinate crews installing commercial metal-and-wood framed drywall on both large ($1M-$4M) and smaller projects. Review blueprints and job plans, assign tasks, schedule work, and manage materials and equipment on site. Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Visually monitor and read parameters, data points, and sensor outputs at specified intervals to verify operating conditions and to detect faults and malfunctions. Monitor data such as weather conditions including wind speed, direction, turbulence, irradiance, storms, or equipment temperatures, voltage, current, power, and VAR's. Coordinate with regional personnel and system operators from other companies on forced or scheduled outages, including operational directives. Utilize accurate and efficient three-way communication skills on inbound and outbound telephone conversations. Adjust manual controls or verify automatic controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating ranges, based on utility/ISO/customer requirements. Accurately change control equipment setpoints. Ensure quality and accuracy of real-time generation information being telemetered to RTO/ISO and take actions to correct abnormalities. Record operation actions taken during shift in operator's logbook or other automated logging mechanisms. Ensure compliance to all regulatory and contractual requirements through adherence to all operational procedures, processes, and policies. Complete applicable safety program training requirements per the IIPP annually. Read, understand, and apply information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. All other duties as assigned. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) Habilidad para utilizar equipo de protección personal y habilidad para trabajar en ambientes de trabajo con fluctuaciones extremas de temperature.
