ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Construction Site Supervisor at New Beginnings Construction, you will lead residential and light commercial renovation projects from start to finish. You will manage subcontractors, project schedules, budgets, and quality control, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations. You will oversee home remodeling, commercial renovations, insurance claims construction, and storm damage restoration, while providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, business owners, and insurance adjusters.

Experience required:

* Ensures requisite staffing levels, working cooperatively with other Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure appropriate site coverage, and provide business justification for new and replacement positions.
* Establishes and maintains positive relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and referring offices. Responds promptly and effectively and addresses concerns in a win-win manner with patients and referring physician's complaints.
* Keeps management apprised of significant personnel and operational issues. Has awareness of and attention to cultural, ethnic and spiritual aspects of the patient, family and staff needs and incorporates culturally sensitive interventions using consultations of and resources of the Director, Outpatient Imaging Center and Human Resources.
* Ensures all staff meets annual educational requirements including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA, fire safety, current certification in modality and BLS.
* Provides support to other Site Managers such as coverage. Collaborates with the Director, Outpatient Imaging Center in implementing educational events for their modality. Ensures staff adheres to the standards of practice, compliance with protocols, and educational requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for coordinating daily work schedules.
2. Responsible for ensuring the completion and the quality of all tasks as established within the language of the work schedules and the completion of special projects as directed by the customer.
3. Responsible for evaluating employee performance, initiates and documents corrective action when appropriate.
4. Responsible for coordinating the location's entire inventory needs, and for interfacing with corporate purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels.
5. Responsible for working closely with the operations manager in accessing future staffing requirements and work schedules.
6. Responsible for coordinating daily technician and team leader meetings to inform them of the job safety analysis for the job and leading the discussion of any related topics, i.e. Safety, Operations, Human Resources.
7. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving operational based problems.
8. Responsible for ensuring the established quality standards of the customer are met or exceeded.
9. Responsible for conducting annual reviews of direct reports and recommending merit increases to ensure compliance with established wage structure for that location.
10. Responsible for nightly administrative tasks, which include documenting attendance, work completed, work not completed, customer's request to complete work that has not been assigned to MPW as well as a status report to the operations/account manager recapping the shift.
11. Perform other duties as directed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This person must be ready to make the decision that has the potential of stopping production at our customer's location.
2. Address employee relations issues effectively and timely.
3. Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to move up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
