Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, contractor access, material staging, and workflow sequencing. Conduct regular onsite inspections to verify workmanship quality, adherence to specifications, construction schedules, and program requirements. Identify, document, and resolve field issues related to scope, health and safety, access, workmanship, or scheduling, escalating to program leadership as necessary.     Extended Day/Extended Day Site Supervisor POSITION: Extended Day Site Supervisor Extended Day Program LOCATION: District Wide QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate. Minimum of 60 hours of college course work, including 12 hours in a child related field. Previous experience working with school-age children. Demonstrate aptitude and/or competence working with school age children. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary staff member responsible for planning and implementing a program which provides for physical activities, self-expression through arts, crafts and play, and socialization with peers. Work cooperatively with site team, Program Coordinator, building principal and building staff to share space cooperatively. Maintain program equipment and supplies and maintain an up-to-date inventory list. Develop effective communication with the parents of children enrolled in the program. Works with School Resource Personnel as needed. Provide a safe, nurturing, child-oriented environment and meet Environmental Health guidelines regarding cleanliness. Assist Program Coordinator in ensuring site meets DHS licensing regulations. Complete all appropriate paperwork including but not limited to lesson plans, purchase order requisitions, attendance records, accident reports, and contact logs. Work on all half days that care is provided. Other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
