About the Role
In this role, you'll work within a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, will assist in leading the local warehouse operating team, and in some locations, includes preparing food in a light-prep kitchen, and help the Site Manager ensure we maintain high quality for our customers.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for an Evening SiteSupervisor in Yates County. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring they are well-trained, supported, and delivering high-quality care. You'll be responsible for hiring, coaching, evaluating staff, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment.
Your role includes making sure all services meet agency standards and state regulations, with accurate and timely documentation. You'll oversee daily operations, manage program budgets, and ensure proper handling of individual funds. Supporting individuals is central to your work-coordinating activities, promoting community involvement, and ensuring their health, safety, privacy, and well-being. You'll help implement each person's Life Plan, advocate for their needs, and maintain clear communication with their support team. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you'll also contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and explore new ways to enhance the lives of those we support.
Location: Spring Street
Schedule: Monday- Friday
40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20.60 - $21.90 based on experience
Evening SiteSupervisor Requirements
High School Diploma with 3-5 years' experience working in Residential Services.
Current valid NYS driver's license.
Minimum qualifications may be waived at the discretion of the Senior VP Administration
