The Site Installation Supervisor II is a self-managing, high-energy individual who is responsible for mechanical and general installation activities on-site for BEUMER system projects as assigned. This is an important role, providing key support for the project management team and will have on-going, direct contact with the Customer. The Site Installation Supervisor II coordinates the activities of contractors and workers engaged in the installation or modification of supplied equipment, while ensuring that the highest quality of work is provided in the safest manner possible in order to meet project goals.
At times the Site Installation Supervisor II role could be the Lead on a site or part of a team with another lead. This role will require work with conveyors, integrated systems, and third party or customer equipment on site.
This role will require extensive travel, up to 90% of the time.
Leadership and Teamwork
Promote safe and reliable construction and maintenance activities consistent with BEUMER objectives and policies. Must be in full compliance with existing and relevant emerging codes and regulations.
Improve and follow the assigned project scope and contract work authorization details. Interface with others on the project to learn how job commitments are delivered on time and within budget.
Document contractor crew activities, prepare and present periodic oral and written reports, and verify the accuracy of checks.
Assure QA's on assigned jobs are completed and accurate including NCC's.
Prepare and maintain job box with required tools and hardware for shipment to and from the job site.
Support the Team Leader or Department Manager with management tasks.
Participate in kick off meetings and or job close out meetings.

General Function:
The School Age Child Care Program Site Supervisor oversees the daily operations at a designated School Age Child Care (SACC) site and ensures the successful delivery of the program. The Counselor will assist the Site Director and will help the children with homework, create a fun and safe environment, and bring new ideas and games to the program. Essential Functions
Supervises groups of children and leads staff.

EXPECTATIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Must have a passion for training.
Apply coaching techniques by providing a role model to follow and giving engagement and direction to the trainee to apply what has been taught;
Apply similar coaching techniques as seen “ad-hoc” in the field (not with a trainee in a training environment/role);
Conduct in-class training as requested;
Document all training covered, including the check off lists;
Teach and reinforce department policies and procedures;
Facilitate new hire training, participate in cross training and determine and administer additional training needs of personnel.
Responsible for performance evaluations, including skills assessments and spot-checks for all personnel supervised according to established time schedules.
Perform regular counseling sessions, which include reviews, commendations, disciplinary actions, and terminations under the direction of the Human Resources Department.
Help create and promote programs and initiatives that assist in the company's goals for high employee morale, productivity and minimization of employee dissatisfaction and turnover.
Help create a supportive and positive work environment through regular work performance feedback, and respectful and professional interactions at all times.
Proficiency with field electronic devices and company production applications including smart phones, tablets, mobile data terminals (MDT) and/or software, ePCR processes for ambulances and transport divisions (such as ems Charts, SyncPad, Scribe);

All Field Supervisors must obtain Pediatric Day Care Clearance within 60 days;
Must have Logisticare clearance (or other brokers as applicable);
No physical or tangible barriers can exist to performing as a full field associate (except for health/medical reasons); no certifications may elapse;
Must obtain a CDL Class C Driver's license with P and S endorsements with 6 months;
Shall become a Safekids.org car seat instructor and maintain certification;
Shall become an MAVT instructor;
Must be certified as SCT-qualified by completing the company's SCT EMT program within 90 days;
Must be 911 certified by obtaining applicable certifications within 90 days (including, but not limited to I-100, ICS700);
