GSA Schedule Management Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer GSA MAS Schedules and sales and compliance reporting in government systems Lead the development, submission, and negotiation of GSA Schedule proposals and contract modifications. Support clients in preparing for and completing GSA Annual Contractor Assessments and applicable audits. Provide strategic guidance on GSA Schedule pricing and SIN management Conduct detailed market research to identify contract growth opportunities and competitive pricing strategies. Utilize extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards. Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conduct risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services. Skillfully negotiate NDAs, TAs, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits. Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members. Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely. Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements. Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders. Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data. Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with GSA Schedule management and contract/subcontract management. Bachelor s degree. In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies.
