Strong knowledge of information systems architecture, networking principles, security controls, and automation technologies. Experience providing technical or managerial direction in IT system development or modernization projects. Familiarity with federal financial management processes, acquisition lifecycle requirements, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical teams, functional stakeholders, and senior leadership.
