The Packaging Stewardship Analyst will support the dynamic needs of KDP's Packaging Stewardship team, focusing on both analytical modeling and packaging compliance support. This role is critical to ensuring KDP's packaging meets evolving regulatory requirements and that internal stakeholders have access to decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Modeling
Work closely with packaging stewardship compliance and data leaders to develop and maintain cost projection models for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Minimum Recycled Content (MRC) obligations.
Aggregate packaging data across owned, licensed, and partner brands into actionable dashboards and models.
Collaborate with KDP IT and data teams to evolve internal tools that support packaging data management.
Compliance Support
Work with the Packaging Stewardship compliance leader to gather and submit data for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs and minimum recycled content (MRC) reporting.
Track project milestones and regulatory deadlines across jurisdictions.
Coordinate invoice submissions and reconciliation for packaging-related compliance obligations.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all compliance activities in accordance with KDP policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Procurement, R&D, Legal, and Government Affairs to ensure alignment on packaging data in support of packaging regulatory strategy.
Support the Packaging Stewardship working team with data insights and modeling scenarios.
Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Lead team(s) in the design of marine structures including docks, marinas, ports, ferry terminals, piers, steel sheet pile structures, steel and timber pile structures, floating structures and waterfront facilities.

International Procurement is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our New Product Launch Team in a Sourcing and Readiness Consultant role. This is an exciting opportunity to lead sourcing activities for assigned direct material categories, from the initial part release through product launch.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for achieving critical program objectives related to timing, total cost, and quality by executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier readiness, and overseeing component industrialization from concept through launch.

Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the Category Management Team (CMT) and Engineering on New Product Development Programs.
+ Develop and execute sourcing decisions that align with International's business objectives and the CMT strategy.
+ Lead negotiations on all cost-related aspects including piece price, tooling, and packaging.
+ Participate in program Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to address cost and tooling outliers.
+ Prepare and present sourcing nominations strategies, covering all financial aspects to achieve the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
+ Resolve Parts without Contract (PUR) issues that impact program timelines and unit line setting.
+ Partner with Suppliers and Procurement Program Managers (PPMs) to support all major program build events.
+ Develop and manage supplier implementation plans that align with program milestones.
+ Evaluate supplier readiness plans to identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience
